It's Almost Time For K&E Camper Ryan Levine's Kids Film It Festival!

Posted by Jason Sebell on Sep 11, 2017 3:14:00 PM

Last December longtime Kenwood camper Ryan Levine was named by the City of Cleveland as its "Person of the Month". Ryan took it upon himself to create an event called the Kids Film It Festival. It was a chance for young auteurs to get some exposure for their movies, and at the same time it raised over $30,000 to help find a cure for Parkinsons Disease.

After the success of his festival's first go-round, Ryan is excited about hosting this event again. If you are a young filmmaker and are interested in having your work showcased at a major event this fall please take a look at the details below:

In his first summer at Kenwood and Evergreen Ryan took a major interest in film making. Here's an incredible movie he and his camp friends wrote, directed, edited and acted in as part of our summer camp's visual arts program!
