We woke up this morning to the first reveille of the summer, and Scott's announcement "everybody up...it's going to be a BEAUTIFUL day today. Rise and shine!" And a beautiful day it most certainly was.
After last night's amazing Color War break out this morning our campers were up and ready to play their hearts out in activities. Here's a quick video recap of the day's highlights:
Yesterday evening our boys' camp began their annual Color War tournament with a special event called a breakout. Just after the sun began to rise over our beautiful lake a plane flew over the Evergreen campus, and all sorts of craziness began. Take a look at this video I shot of the 2015 Green and Gold Color War breakout!
A great day of color war at our brother-sister summer camp in NH
As brother-sister summer camps we have different events with different traditions for our boys' and girls' camps. Today was day #2 for Camp Kenwood's Color War, and day #1 for Evergreen. We had a whole lot going on today from sunrise to sunset! I put together a video of some of the moments and scenes from today. I thought that it might be fun to show some of what our campers do during this amazing special event we have each summer!
